I was advised by the patent attorney to complete my CTA. I didn't understand the reason either but I wasn't going to argue with him. Not that painful to get.

The CFTC and I are are aquainted.
The Website is closed to new subscribers not closed altogether. Please do not selectively read my posts or take things out of context.
I don't have disgruntled students. I fully support all my students and will always help anyone willing to help themselves. The only time I give up on any of them is when they give up on themselves.
Your statement regarding Soros & Buffet are typical of an over trader. If you had a perfectly consistent method of trading you would understand that greed isn't a good thing. You don't believe in consistency so you can't fathom the reasoning behind that.
If "better" means more consistent then yes, Gann doesn't have a chance.

I don't do what I do to argue with those individuals that can't see the trees because of the forest to prove the trees exist, I do what I do for those individuals that KNOW the trees exist and make up the forest and want to see them clearer.

I posted 3 or 4 in my journal when I started it and wasn't left alone by ETers for it. When I get back from Asia next week I might.
