Disagree, as there`s no reference point to the norm.
may be not severe but definitely there is a deviation from the people with 9-to-5 job mentality with guaranteed salary twice a month
I am not sure yet if an average trader is 9-5 person doing this on the side or "all in" entrepreneur. I am self employed outside of the market. At times, it hurts like hell but I chose complete uncertainty over somewhat satisfactory certainty. So yeah...some deviation is there...

In the Mad Max trilogy, you find that the lead character despite his name is one of the sanest person in the film. The problem was that everyone else was insane, but because Max was the only sane person and everyone else was insane. He was called Mad.
