Professional Trading Office Space in NYC?

Anyone know of a trading firm in NYC that doesn't require you to prop trade in their offices? I have a customer account (AMTD & IBKR) and have no interest in depositing money in a prop firm (have more than enough BP), but want to trade alongside other traders (tired of trading from home).

I have contacted the usual suspects: WTS, T3, Chimera etc.. and offered all of them a fair amount to pay for my trading seat. All of them mentioned compliance concerns with a "customer" sitting with "prop traders" (still do not understand the difference: we all trade). I cant seem to find a trading floor that would agree to such an arrangement.

Any ideas?

You mind giving me a few names? I called Regus (very expensive) and all they have is private offices
