Problems with Transact Today?

Only thing I have noticed is the 1st trade after opening the platform seems to hang for a couple seconds before going through, or the 1st cancel will hang for a second or 2. After that I seem to be fine and no lags. Haven't had any connect problems in awhile now.

I noticed that too. When I place the first trade, it seems to be a little slow appearing, and conversely, a little slow in canceling.

welcome as the same thing happens with strategy runner. it's dealyed by a second or 2 were ib is instant. by the way how is transact the last 6 months? did they fix allt here problems from last year when it was horrible? are zimmerman and gordy still there?

It's been great here other than what I mentioned about the 1 st order. Not sure who is there or not as I am using them through an IB.

Same here, buy not only for the first trade

It seems to me that sometimes there is not a dialogue with the mouse of my PC and the DOM

maybe a problem in this sequence:

sensors -> mouse controller -> communication link -> data interface -> driver -> software

When this thing happens, I need to do a second click in order to establish the connection (mouse/DOM)

I noticed this fact for the first time on friday and today

Do you have the QuickClick box checked? If not, then you have to double click to enter an order.

Yes I have ALWAYS QuickClick box checked!......

I don't know if this problem is related to the option "Use Auto Detect Actions"

will see tomorrow...

Ok, who revived this thread? Of course today I have a connection problem again after months of no problems. lol

Lost connection twice so far today. Naturally, the first time was exactly when I was getting filled on my orders. Luckily, I was able to immediately log back in and all orders were filled.
