Problems with Transact Today?

What kind of updates? Genesisft implements nearly a new build every week to improve of fix the software. Maybe you should have a trial.
 
Checking again, Transact is out and unable to log in here. Anyone else have it out? I switched to back up and haven't bothered to call, but like to know if others are when I do call in case I get the "it's on your end" story. My other feeds are fine and since I'm posting here I obviously have an internet connection.

Thanks for the info, I still haven't called as I'm using the backup. Hope they get it up soon, not a fan of the backup for other than backup.

You guys having a problem again today? Just went out for me. I am signed back on, but will probably use backup to be safe again. Really frustrated.
 
Has anyone besides me noticed a slight lag with the Transact data lately? I have seen a couple of times where price will trade completely through a level for a second or two before I even get a confirm back on my trade.

Also, I have been running MarketDelta with an Esignal data feed side by side with the Transact platform, and frequently noticed that Transact was lagging in displaying the most current Bid/Ask size.
