Problems with Qcharts

Today is the third day, that I don't have the access to pre- and aftermarket data for NASDAQ stocks with Qcharts.

Anybody as angry as me?
Anybody knows when will they solve the things?
Anybody knows the intermediate solution?

I've had trouble getting after hours data on eminis on Livecharts. The data is there sometimes, but I've had to do things like reset the chart interval, reload the applet or display an index then go back to eminis. But mostly the afterhours data is not there no matter what I do.
