Problems with IB option quotes

Anybody else having missing option quotes this past week in the IB TWS?

I want to roll over some positions and there are no quotes, bummer. I've been waiting online with IB Chat for one hour too. IB Aimee sent me to Tech Support and they are not responding.

just send them an email and they will open them usually within the day or overnight!
 
Mine are fine.

Check your route, etc... Make sure you are on "smart" and not the Bismarck Options Exchange or something out that way.

For example, CME pit options have no quotes from IB during the day if you select Globex. Globex quotes are overnight only.
