Problems with IB ES charts?

it's been like this for last few days on almost every instrument, not only ES. also when it works-it take forever for chart to load.
 
i thought it wasn't just me....

those assholes told me it was my computer....

it started fri and has been occcurring ever since especially in the beginning of the session...
 
ok cool 2 confirmations....

the thing is everytime there's a problem like this they say it's a problem with your computer or settings....and "send me a screenshot"

idiots....
 
have no problems for long time... most of the times the problem is on the pc of the user. I had a Computer shop and i can tell you, thats what i learned :----))))) Realy happy with IB (using it with Ensign)
