The BRUT3 session will be down for the rest of the day. The other 11 BRUT
sessions are operating normally.
BRUT3 experienced an outage earlier due to problems at Nasdaq. This problem
might have been partly a result of message flow to that session that is
beyond Brut's capacity. It took Brut several hours to get to the point
where they could even communicate to us the fills that occurred during the
outage (before we had the opportunity to call them to cancel open orders on
the affected session). For this reason you may have received late fills for
BRUT3 orders. All of the late fills have been processed now though.
If you received late fills for BRUT3 orders or were otherwise inconvenienced
by this outage, we apologize. Unfortunately this is the cost of doing
business on Brut.
