Hi guys, i've talked with IBKR. They checked my logs and said there is no problem from their servers. They mean, i need to contact my internet provider. But i don't think so. Even on phone's internet, there are the same problems. How can i prove it that my internet is healthy?
You cannot prove it because they don’t want it to be proven.
But you can point this discussion and show them that more people have such problems. I do too.
