Steven Jobs died from Cancer, and when he died, Apple inherited that cancer. Nobody to bring apple back from its slow death now.
 
Apple is not a short at this point...it is in consolidation after that drop... currently the stock has a support at $505 and resistance at $530 as I see it.
 
Apple may not be a short, yet. But, there are tired longs such as myself. The best possible news already came out with the China Mobil deal. The stock refuses to get a bid.

Additionally, IV is incredibly low. Feels like dead money.
