Probably a beginner's question...

Hi,

Until two weeks ago, I owned stock from the Bank of Ireland (OTCMKTS:IREBY - can be easily found on Google Finance). Per May 26, my stock has been sold automatically, due to some "corporate action". Since there's no stock price beyond May 26, I'm assuming that the stock has been delisted, but no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't find any more information as to why or what exactly happened. Can someone point me to the right source of information to find out?

Many thanks in advance!

Thanks. I feel kinda stupid now, but it simply didn't occur to me that this was the result of something that already took place in 2015. Unfortunately, due to the painful history of this stock, it was one that I vowed no to look at for quite some time - didn't expect something like this to happen, of course.

But even with me looking the other way, the notice also said that ADR holders will be notified - wouldn't any brokerage be legally required to pass this information on to the actual owners?
