Exchanged several PM's with def and DAV including some log files then - nothing for days. Although to their credit they seemed genuinely interested in fixing the bug.
Upgraded to 864.7 (yeah, I know) and the bug mentioned in the first post is no longer there.
I must say, DAV and def are number one in customer response. Bar none.
A lot of times, the problem is in our computer, or the network connection, but it is easier to blame TWS first.
