I am thinking of openning an account at Proactive and using the Genesis Navigator platform. It would help me a lot to see anyones good/bad comments about this broker before taking the plunge.

One of my accounts is at Proactive, however not using the platform you mentioned. They are reasonably quick to respond and I haven't had any issues with them.

More...
The trade platform you mention is mediocre at best..find something like NinjaTrader or the TransactAT platform to start out with.
