American blacks are preaching racism all the time by demanding segregation, you have no problem with it. Truth is that stereotypical blacks (there are exceptions) and other ethnicities don't mix well at all. In the end it works out perfectly for both sides, so there shouldn't even be an issue.

You'll save time by repeating the same reply every time I post something in politics. Oh and I've been discriminated against as a tenant based on my race/ethnicity, not great but I came away from it with a smirk. Not everyone is a snowflake, plenty of properties around.
