No Vanny it wasn't his polices.Its a fucked up pro slavery system that gives an edge in presidential elections to the slaves states where the slave states candidate can get millions fewer votes and still win.

Racist whites do love their house slaves and give them some state offices but they are not giving them The White House.Uncle Tim has no chance at the presidency.
