Pro/non pro fees.

Hi,

I have an account with Lightspeed and trade with them thru a prop LLC.

Although I trade at a prop firm I do not meet the status of a pro trader. Nevertheless LS denies to charge non pro exchange fees and also charges for exchanges I did not subscribe.

Any ideas where to complain?

If you are trading through an LLC then you do not have an account. The LLC does. You should have signed an sub account agreement that allows you to trade the firms master account. That account is deemed pro by the exchanges and is charged on a per view basis. So each new trader is charged there are discounts for NYSE data if you firm has more then six traders you should only be paying around $42. for NYSE. NDQS is around $96 Amex 32 and options are $60 for OPRA/ACTIV
