None of that stuff is banned, but rather discouraged. It is funny to see the dimwits on here claim that the republican party is about freedom yet they want to ban or keep the following from becoming legal: abortion, gay marriage, marijuana usage, etc...

Since the republican mind is predominately governed by fear, I'm surprised Halloween hasn't been banned.

Awesome cartoon! Only thing missing was Linus asking if he could have an aspirin at school...no....but, a 12 year old girl can get an abortion...without parental consent!
