I also like the idea of being able to buy a coffee mug or something like that.

I've met all but one of my trading buddies on ET. Those relationships have in a very real sense changed things for me. A coffee mug, when I get up at 4:30 here in CA, would be a good reminder (I'd be happy to pay for it).
