Private sector much more incompetent than Big Govt.

Quote from kut2k2:

Years ago I had access to a study showing just how inefficient the private sector was compared to government but I lost it and don't remember where I got it.

From the government, perhaps?

dsq, that's two asinine threads in a row, mate. Keep it up!

Too broad a claim. Government is generally better at providing certain public goods, and the converse is generally true. *shrug* nothing revolutionary about this.

Quote from Dragons Teeth:

Many of the former national industries in UK have had to be bailed out countless times by government because of fiscal ineptitude and inefficiency of their private owners. I think we have all worked with or for at some point companies whose fiscal incompetence knew no bounds.

Maybe that's because they know the govt will bail them out?

If it is a public service they are running then any UK government no matter what political hue will bail them out.

You said private sector was more incompetent than government, and the bailout is the one example you bring forth?

Holy Christ, you are one dumb schmuck, aren't you?

You can state I'm running from the facts when you manage to find a fact.
