printthread view cannot show more than 40posts

Hi,

After the website upgrade, the printthread view cannot show more than 40 posts. I tried using pp=200 in the hyperlink but it is still limited to 40posts. Is there an option to list all posts in a single thread. The printthread view is much easier to read than the showthread view.

Hi Baron,

here are some advantages that i can think of:

1) when all the posts are in the same page, can use the find function to scan through for keywords.

2) its much more difficult to go back to previous posts in the showthread view and its a matter of scrolling in the printthread view. And again you can search for exact sentence to pinpoint when a quoted reply was made and then understand what the thread is talking about or deviating from

If you want to completely bypass all ads, formatting, and posts per page limitations, then perhaps we need to make that an optional paid feature in the future. But for now, it's about as good as it's going to get.

The quoted post has a link to the original post, the small right arrow beside the users name. This is a new feature.
