Prime Rate stats for last 70 years

Put together few statistical observations on US Prime Rate increase last night.
Would love to hear yours based on those charts. I'll post mine on the weekend. Data goes back to 1955.

Example of calculation for the first one:
1. Calculate percentage of the change for a current month comparing with last
2. Calculate sum of those for 12/36/60 months
3. Calculate max of the previous value over same period

WELL Good, the 80s hi rates were transitory/ good time to buy + sell real estate anyway.
Peak to valley\ looks a lot like commissions for stocks/ETFs......... Cash sales went faster , but i liked the banks opinion/appraisal on RE.
