I have a serious question for you guys. A friend of mine just told me she wants to GAIN some weight. She says she doesn't want to look so muscular.
Lol, from the pics I've seen, she looks pretty good considering her body type. (No, Lucrum, you're not getting a pic)
I honestly don't know where to start. I told her most foods today are sugar based, and I'd rather she didn't go down that easy road.
But I really don't know what the hell I am talking about when it comes to someone actually wanting to gain some weight.
