The overview which @southall placed is only for the American exchanges. There are similar pages with data streams for European and for Asian exchanges.

Also CME fragment data into CME,CBOT,COMEX,NYMEX and charge $90 dollars a month for each!

I raised a ticket with IB, they said if corporation then professional fees apply, regardless if you manage OPM or not.

Very rigid policy from IB:

Non-Professional - is any natural person and cannot be a corporation, trust, organization, institution or partnership account.

Well not really, each symbol only trades on one exchange.

Its really one big exchange now. they all trade on globex anyway.
But its structured like more than one exchange so they can charge more in the way of fees.

The next price gouge from the exchanges is "non display usage". You should see the fees for that!

Hopefully "non display usage" API fees will never apply to IB's snapshot data, which isn't 'tick data' so should be exempt.
