Price action leading up to the dump at 10AM

It's not a large spike, but the last few weeks show a pop as an algo tries to get something going right at the 1:45-2:00 mark. On no volume whatsoever.

Most of the time it generates follow through interest, which it then lets out a little as it goes up. If it doesn't, then it fizzles out and then tries again in an hour. It's trying to push the end of the day up, and it's always the ES.
