The reason Financial Advisors do that is because those big Divvy stocks usually don't fall as far in a Crash, and you still get the Divvies. It's a safer option.

On Feb 13, 2020, when the ask was like 136, my *advisor* placed a bid at 163ish. He got his higher-clients out at my expense, way beyond market price.

This is illegal.
