Depends on the candidate.Progressive candidates like Obama(at the time) or Newsom get more support and higher turnout from Hispanics than moderates like Biden and Hillary
Hispanics are like millions of progressives and blacks who wont be supporting a 2nd Biden term but that doesn't mean they are going to turn right wing.If Newsom is the 2024 nominee he will probably get the largest amount of Hispanic support ever.
