He's been as right as anybody.
 
I don't recall anyone blaming Doug Kass. Or anyone denying the monolines are screwed.

I'm just saying the timing of some of these stories seems a bit shady.

Huh? I just showed you what Kass said. People were asking why the market tanked.

The timing of many, many stories are shady. Go look at the TASER news the past three days.
 
I dont understand you guys, how can you trade the mkts without a realtime news squack service? Every trader should have known within a minute what triggered that selloff.

if you don't mind me asking, what exact time did your service break the story? you're using newsstrike right?
 
within the first down bar, I dont trade news stories per say, I'm only responding to the guys who still didnt know what had happened after 4pm.

- Concluding reassessment of mononlines by late February.
- Says its estimates for monoline capital needs rose significantly.
