Actually in the modern era with electronic surveillance the apprehension rate is about 50%. Don't you remember the Trump administration crowing about their success pushing these metrics.
The 10% figure is from decades ago. Improvements have been made since this time.

Biden has found someone who has the two main qualifications that he looks for. 1) skin color, 2) sits down while peeing.
Going to be boring. The new one is a party line regurgitator. As they all are, but most of them like to do a little side wrestling. Not this one. Sort of like a driverless car. I doubt that Freddy Foreskin will be self-stimulating over her as he was with Psaki. I could be wrong.
I was hoping Kate Bedingford would get it. She is sort of smart and not obnoxious.

You know, like when Katie Couric was the first to get a colonoscopy on air years ago. Seems like that time is coming. It is all the rage this week for dem women in DC to brag about their abortion and let you know that you are one of the cool kids if you have one or more.

UPDATE: I see that the new press secretary is also LBGQXYZ in addition to being skin color and sitting down when she/her/it/they sits down to pee.

Yes, "they" have all the obvious qualifications by todays standards, but the most important one remains to be seen. Can "they", with a straight face, repeat lie after obvious lie and never have a crisis of conscious as a normal human being would have?
