Your own article says that's untrue, she didn't laugh about 'that'. And she was FORCED by the judge to represent the man for FREE - you know because of the constitution.

I understand that you have shit for brains on reading context. Those "technicalities" as you call it, are constitutional guarantees for a lawful defense, and any lawyer worth their salt would sure as hell be snickering if they thought the state was thinking of suppressing them.
