Oh please. You and your leftist loons had no problems pinning all sorts of stuff on Bush when he was President. Stuff he didn't have "hands on blame" for. But you know what? You were right to do it then - the buck stops with the President. If the President approves a military plan, he takes responsibility for that execution. That's the way of it. Don't like it? Don't be President.
As for the economy, even more of the responsibility lies on the President as his policies affect the economic weather of the country directly. So if you're going to give Carter a free pass, I would like you to state, right here and now, that George w. Bush cannot be blamed for the Great Recession that Obama inherited.
