Actually it's excellent for this purpose. Addressing a broader population requires an unsophisticated approach, exacerbated by a culture steeped in memes and 3 second attention spans. The image has to be dense with subliminal information. The mind sees everything. Warner Bros would probably allow Biden's campaign to use the images free and freely.
I'd have Tweety with a text balloon over him sitting on Trumps shoulder in every anti Trump add. There are thousands of images to choose from. The subliminal is to demonstrate, push an equivalency between Trump and Tweety, a cartoon character, which Trump is. Here's an example of images available. Imagine this Tweety on Trumps shoulder with this text in a balloon.

EDit: comedians aren't generally funny without scripts and ego maniacs. A capable add agency would do better.

Unfortunately most politicians don't have the balls Trump has so it is understandable. We will have to settle with little sissy 'tweety'.

Don't use "President"

Something like "Loud-mouth Tweety", "Grumpy Tweety", "Stupid Tweety", "Witless Tweety", "Biggety Tweety", "Babbler Tweety", "Gasbag Tweety", etc.
 
I'll give Biden a few points for effort, but he will never beat Trump at the name calling game. Get in the mud with Trump and you will get dirty, really dirty, really fast. The guy is impervious to ridicule. Biden better hope there's no debate because Trump will destroy him, not with facts and figures, just slinging buckets of shit. No one is better. Biden is obviously senile and has no game for this. His only hope is in gaining the sympathy vote if Trump goes a bridge too far with the name calling and insults. Everything rides on his VP choice, everything.

Biden will not stand up against Trump in direct name calling attacks.

It would be best for Biden to try to hold himself above the fray and act "Presidential" while allowing his surrogates to do the Trump name-calling.

Agree wholeheartedly. I just don't think he's going to be able to come off as Presidential when he cannot form basic sentences anymore.
