President Trump hints he may use Defense budget to build the border wall now

3-D chess. Make the democrats think they are getting something great with this budget and Trump is getting a tiny sliver of a wall and then BOOM! You now know why Trump wanted that huge increase in the military budget.

As of now, he is guilty until proven innocent on that charge. I wonder if anyone has told him if the dems take the Senate, he is not getting any more judges confirmed? A significant percentage of the republican base feels betrayed. I don't see them turning that around before the midterms.
 
Trump should have declared the border a National Security threat, day#1. That puts partial funding/operation under DOD = expedites border wall construction. This is one big mistake POTUS has made...

If he had done that, democrats would never have agreed to a $700 billion dollar military budget. Trump is playing 3-D chess remember. He knows what he's doing.
 
Proof will be in the pudding. He promised a big wall that mexico would pay for. So far, he's 0 for 2 on that.

Good luck getting reelected on that record.
 
If POTUS knew what he was doing across the board, we wouldn't see mostly neocons and globalists occupying top cabinet positions. That gives me big concern. Trump played it nearly perfectly, but not perfect.

We literally need tens of thousands of factories returning here in the next 24 months via tariffs And we need the wall. Talk time is over
