He beat Joe because he was down 20 points in the polls on trust with the virus so was forced to do the right thing. That's a good one, 100k deaths ago it might have mattered.

Uh when social distancing is not possible is in crowded places such as bars, restaurants, groceries, and stores where Trumptards bitched about wearing masks...

You can walk your dog, piss on the sidewalk, curse at a cop, litter, drive, litter while driving, shop, etc etc etc ad nauseum with a mask on. What freedoms are curtailed?

Halloween never had such a problem. People all over the world do it voluntarily on that day. Make believe every day is Halloween then! Heathens to common sense!
