It was supposed to come in different intervals as we saw that they were holding up to their end of the deal, now they want us to simply lift all sanctions when they do nothing, because they have no intention of holding up to their end, Only a piss poor negotiator would agree to give Iran everything up front with them giving nothing, so im sure Obama will sign the deal.
