Did anybody notice that Obama is a Union Buster now? When GM goes BK they can toss out the union contracts and pay ten bucks an hour or whatever... Detroit would probably self-renovate if that happened.

This thread went to a weird place and died. I do think threats of BK are more aimed at Bondholders but I see your point.
