Unbiased Canadian outsider? I'm sure you are but your government isn't. I can't believe the Canadian government inserted itself into U.S. politics in an obvious ploy to make Barack Obama look bad on NAFTA. I get it. Your conservative government likes NATFA (and why not? with NAFTA you win, we lose) and Obama was a threat -- so they smeared Obama to help Hillary win Ohio and Texas. I'll bet it was Bill Clinton who set this thing up.

The Prime Minister should have called a press conference to expose that memo. (There is no reason for the diplomat who wrote it to have lied. Whereas there is ample reason for Obama to lie in response to it.) Why should any Canadian politician want to deal with Obama, knowing what he says publicly about the relationship with Canada cannot be trusted?
