If he was referring to the Ukraine War coming about as a result of Biden being in office, then, yes, the possibility of a Nuclear World War is vastly greater now and we would not be there if Trump had been elected.
Not only is Ukraine a disaster but we may all killed or beyond Ukraine anyway. And more opportunities for nuclear war on the horizon with China and Taiwan.

I watched most of Trump's screech yesterday evening. The man is psychotic. It's a wonder his own security detail didn't tackle and cuff him before he finished.
They must have all attended a solvent sniffing retreat.
