it would appear Trump is headed toward what seems to be virtually certain criminal indictment. His only hope would be delay. Perhaps a flare up of the old bone spurs will leave him bedridden howling in excruciating pain. Even as president there was no law that would protect him from indictment. Just Garland's decision to honor tradition and a ridiculous DOJ opinion left over from the Nixon Era. It is just a matter of time and timing now. He should be kept locked up until his trial. He's a flight risk.

Letitia James is bagging out of some of the Trump lawsuits because her larger game fell apart.

She went after Trump to try to build a name and reputation for herself so that she could run for governor. So she went after both Trump and Cuomo to bring them down to pave the way.

She succeeded in brining Cuomo down. But then when she declared that she was running for governor, all of the prominent dems lined up behind Hocul, and she could not raise a dime from the black community that she planned on.

So yeh, she may accomplish some little maneuver with Trump this week, but she dicked around and got her balls cut off bigtime.
