yup, it sadly is a nothingburger and doubt even Weisselberg flips as any attorney worth their salt will have no trouble making this look like a targeted fishing expedition.

He said it in a call with hundreds of his advisors and major donors on the call. Hard for Trump to deny his own words.
Trump will certainly be pushing in his public appearances the same talking point.... so expect to hear it over & over again.
He could have said "This is going to hurt Sleepy Joe"----It's the embellishments by the one who told Politico and by the media to sensationalize that are disgusting. I very much doubt that he was "thrilled". What the media and leakers attempt to do is make a story out of a non-story to make Trump look bad. Like your typical Mafia organization, the crimes of the underlings never tie back to the boss. What ever charges can be filed against the head of that organization will be as far as it goes.
Every head person always has the "I was not aware" "That guy acted on his own" etc...

Ya know not that I care, but over the years as one who follows the market as some kind of weird obsession I probably should have seeked help for for decades ago, I have off and on followed the antics of the Texas Pacific Group, of which Lady Di's hubby has, or at least had, a lot to do with.
