I mentioned before, this guy cannot trade due to his low level mentality.
He get himself confused by his own analysis (BS analysis ) and change his mind every hour.
He will jump up and claim credit when one of his analysis is correct. In this case, since he claim both bear and bull at the same time, he will be eventually right in one of the prediction .
