I think I'm going to stay 3 hours south where there's no state income tax and it's still usually around 70 in January. Thanks though.

The Democrats will be unified to win GA. With Biden winning GA they'll feel that they'll have a shot and might have higher turnout than usual. However, one election doesn't make GA blue. I think that Trump will most likely be focused on himself and it'll be a major disservice to Republicans by turning off independents. The threat of court packing/ending the filibuster will turnout the conservative base though.

Paratroopers will be used to reinforce Georgia for the run-off because many will be home anyway for the Christmas Holidays.
