Are those additions really of any big help or just a possibility that because of too many trees in a forest you don't see a forest itself.

Ah, you are referring to Advanced GET. I have the program, both in EOD and realtime. I have found the Ellipse, MOB and Cycles to be of use in forecasting the potential for the move. But alas, they are not for certain as any indicator is not.
I would not use too many indictors or you will just be confused.
