i'm not sure about the pre-marketness of any of these, but fwiw ...
i think prophet.net has some free, customizable scans. i think you may get more scan options with a minimal monthly sub ($15-30).
also, trade-ideas.com seems to be a good option. it's not free long term ($40 a mo last i checked), but if you use QT you can get a 14-day free trial.
i dont' seem to have the precise link anymore, but i believe there was some scanning options at:

for a bit more of a non-free approach, topgunsoftware.com has some pretty solid scanning options as well.
i know there are others, but these are ones that immediately came to mind.
