I like the idea of posting online the names of customer service reps (from IB post) who are good, first names only of course! This way we can ask for the good ones by name.

Does anyone know a good rep at PreferredTrade?

Lets just post the good ones so there is no defamation...

...let's post slightly modified versions of their names to protect the innocent from morons like pussy (remember that old IB post from that french guy claiming IB called him up and harassed him for a margin call) who will go on here and make up stories about reps if they know what the correct names are...i.e. mike would be ike....i think it will get out of hand if we are not careful and could lead to people getting shit from their management for no reason...
 
If anyone post bad things the chain should be killed...

Not sure what happened at IB... but no one needs to catch shit right now about their jobs. Tough all over....
