the major reason for one time total wealth redistribution is the creation of a new progressive social/economical/political system.

possible features of the system:
1) fairness going forward (the act of wealth redistribution itself is unjust of course)
2) high competitiveness due to level playing field
3) flat tax
4) legalization of recreational drugs?
5) legalization of prostitution?

It is like saying humans could fly by flapping their arms in the air to create flight. It can't be done.We are not strong enough to over come our weight. No known materials can be used to overcome this limitation.

Whenever people are not allowed to keep the fruits of their own labor, there simply won't be very much fruit. To deny this fact is to deny basic human nature. There are many more axioms like these you'll need to learn before you can come up with any type of economic plan that has a chance of working in the real world, and reading a few brief replies here on ET is no shortcut to the knowledge you're trying to acquire. Read some books, and then you'll be able to start making political/economic suggestions that don't sound so foolish. I'd recommend you start with Orwell (both 1984 and Animal Farm), and then Atlas Shrugged if you're able to stomach it...
