Lost interests in housng market after GFC.

Last summer I offered $350k cash for a one-bed in Orlando downtown tower, asking was $385k, bid wasn't accepted. I didn't regret not getting it since there were lot of invenotries. I'd buy something distressed. But now I don't want to spend time in Orlando anymore.

I don’t buy stocks on margin, just use the margin buying power to do covered trades.

Yes, 350 is not even worth to ask the bank for paperwork. A friend just renovated his house on Lake Chase shore, so I don’t need my place to stay when I am down there for the winter.
