Pre-Opening Indications

This topic came up on another thread. Does anyone have any additional information on how to receive these pre-opening quotes. Can any qoute vendor get them? Is this info pulled through ITS or from the NYSE. Is there a charge?

Nasdaq posts their pre- and post- market indicators on their website nasdaq.com. I check them on occasion.

My preferred pre-market indicators, though, are the e-mini's on Globex.

the NY specialist sends the indication over ITS and its up to the individual trading platform to get the info. if there is a charge or not i don't know.
