Interesting. But if the same person requested that an actual person do harm to someone, that would certainly be illegal. The judge apparently concluded that conspiring or communicating with god (with intent) is harmless, at least to the intended party. And therefore, implicitly, senseless on the part of the fellow with the imaginary enforcer.

Magical thinking is well documented among schizophrenics, so the judge is aware that wishing someone was harmed makes no logical, or even theological, sense.
