We always will. Sorry, not interested in kicking a man when he is down. May not be interested in helping him but considering the way our govt spends money, I'm all for homeownership, it is a noble goal.

I have a theory. The market is fked if we get another terroist attack. The option of consumer credit/spending to bring the market back to life is burnt out. It will take some fancy footwork to recover.
